Appetizer: Original Italian appetizers… prosciutto, mozzarella and bruschetta. Just put them in a platter and garnish with some baby tomatoes and olives. Piece of cake!!!

Main course: For main course, what else?…Spaghetti of course! Very easy, very Italian and a plate that everybody loves! You can choose from a big variety of Italian spaghetti recipes, just pick one and cook it.

Tip: Just be extra careful, not to over boil your spaghetti. In Italy is sacrilege to over boil this traditional, for them, plate. Your spaghetti must absolutely be cooked al dente!

Drinks: Preferable wine, but of course you must have beer and some soft drinks, in case somebody doesn’t drink wine. But the one Italian drink you must serve, at the end of the dinner, is “limoncello”. Limoncello  is an Italian lemon liqueur mainly produced in Southern Italy. It is traditionally served chilled as an after-dinner digestive, and you can serve it in shots or liqueur glasses. You can easily find limoncello in liquor stores, before serving it, just keep it in the freezer!

Dessert: Two of the most popular Italian desserts are the “Tiramisu” and the “Panna Cotta”, both absolutely delicious! And as always for the dessert situation, you have two choices, either make it yourself, or buy it at your local pastry shop… either way, just remember to serve it with love!
