Appetizers: Quiche Lorraine, some cucumber with cream cheese and smoked salmon, and last, green salad. Personally, I would add some cranberries and peanuts in the salad, to make it more special, but that’s…as always…totally up to you folks!

Main course: My suggestion is, Stuffed Chicken Roll-Ups with rice on the side… I think it’s a pretty easy and at the same time, very tasty dish!

Cheese platter: A cheese platter after the main course is a “must” for more formal dinners, and since this is the case here guys, buy some nice pieces of cheese to offer to your guests. Adding some olives, slices of bread and some fruits will make it absolutely perfect!

Drinks: Wine…wine…wine…redwhite – and sparkling, because again…this is an elegant soiree!!! Don’t try to figure out, what kind of wine you should serve with your chicken rolls guys, cause nowadays most people go with what they really like better, than with what matches better with the main course. So in order to cover all tastes, it is probably for the best, to have both white and red wine available to serve, and let your guests choose according to their taste! Sparkling is a “must”, cause this is a sparkling night!!!

Dessert: Lemon pie or lemon tart is a great choice for dessert. Light, tasty and beautiful to look… (cause appearance is everything right?) Needless to say, if you don’t have the time or the energy to make it yourself … buy it from your favorite local pastry shop!!! I know I would…
