Since I don’t live in Italy, it is usually very difficult to find a coffee shop making good cappuccino, and by saying a “good cappuccino”, I mean with the right steamed milk foam. But there is a little French Bistro, close to where I live, which makes (as you can see in the photos below) one hell of a cappuccino guys … I know what you’re thinking…cappuccino, in a French bistro, in Greece…well yes, hard to believe but true! We Greek people love coffee, probably as much as Italians do, just take my word for it! If you ever visit Greece, you will be able to choose from hundreds of coffee shops or bistros…

Anyway, finding a good cappuccino for me is a very big deal, cause I adore coffee! And a good cappuccino must consist the perfect foam!  The steamed milk foam must be light, but thick at the same time. And the “thick” part is usual the tricky one, for those who prepare your cappuccino. As you can see in the pictures (which are not photoshopped in anyway), I’ve placed my spoon on the foam and even filled the spoon with sugar. Despite the weight, the foam remained intact…and that’s the PERFECT cappuccino!!!
