No need for the ritual of appetizers, main course etc. Just snacks! Easy… right? Make a nice platter with nuts, crackers, some cheese, carrot sticks etc. Of course don’t forget to make some dip sauce and place it in the middle of your platter. When your platters begin to get empty, it’s time for pizza!!! Place your order, according to how many guests you’re having, and that’s it…enjoy the rest of the night!

Tips: First of all you need to take into consideration, that you must serve, one platter for every two guests/ players. Divide your guests/players in to couples, and place each platter between every couple, so your platters can be reachable to all your guests, without having to stretch themselves in order to grab a snack.

Second of all, remember to place napkins under each platter and be sure to point that to your guests. And last but not least, remember to place toothpicks to each platter, in order to help your guests eat the cheese without having their hands dirty. After all, you don’t want your deck to end up smelling like cheese…am I right?

Drinks: wine, beer, soft drinks, and I would strongly suggest having some brandy, scotch and liqueur. Just place your drinks to a drink cart or a small table, with some glasses and bucket of ice. This way your guests will be able to self-serve their drink, according to their appetite, at any time during the game!

Dessert: Chocolate or cream mousse in little shot glasses!!! You can either make it yourself (which is ridiculously easy) or buy some mousse from your pastry shop and just fill the shots!
