Theme colors: Pretty much every color in the world. Red-Black-Green-White-yellow etc. Asian décor is very rich on colors.

Materials: In general Asian décor loves simplicity. So remember not to exaggerate when setting the dinner table. Never the less, you will definitely need some candles (preferable tea lights), little white stones (inside a flower pot for centerpiece, or spread around the table) would also be nice, maybe some Asian fans (opened and placed around the living room) and last but not least, something I really love…paper lanterns! (or paper tea lights) You can either hang them or place them at the floor, shelf etc. Tip: use your paper lanterns or your paper tea lights, with battery operated led tea lights, so you won’t have to worry about your house catching fire, while you try to have a good time guys…

My work: Below you can see a complete table setting idea of my one.

Tip: you must always have available regular forks for those who can’t eat with chopsticks, just not on the table setting.

Name tags: Here’s an idea  of mine, for your name tags guys! How about to just write the names of your guests… on stones (preferably white), and place them in front of each plate? You can even add an Asian quote, and have your guests take it with them as an extra souvenir for good luck! Super easy and very ZEN…right?

(More quotes, you can find online, according to your taste!)
